These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of brainbossbooks.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. The Site is operated by Brain Boss Books, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Brain Boss Books offers books and related materials by Frenesa K Hall, MD that teach mental-wellness and self-awareness skills for children, teens, and adults. The Site and its content are for general educational and informational purposes.
Our books and Site content are educational and are not medical, psychological, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. All content on the Site, including the books, text, illustrations, designs, logos, and the BECOME A BRAIN BOSS name and marks, is owned by Brain Boss Books, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for brief personal, non-commercial use.
Book purchases are processed and fulfilled by our partners, Lulu (printing and shipping) and Stripe (payment). When you place an order, you also agree to the applicable terms of those services. Prices, availability, shipping times, taxes, and returns for printed books are handled according to Lulu’s policies, which you can review on Lulu’s website before ordering. If you have a problem with an order, contact us and we will help where we can.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in violation of these Terms.
The Site may link to third-party sites and services (such as Lulu and Stripe). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
